TechBeauty Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every product and experience with TechBeauty. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to make it right. Below is everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery if:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- The return is requested within 30 days from when your order was marked “delivered”
❗ We do not accept returns on used products, digital content, or personalized skincare consultations.
2. How to Start a Return
Just email us at returns@techbeauty.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return
- A short note on why (optional, but helpful for us)
We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a shipping label (if eligible).
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to a mistake on our part)
- You’ll get an email confirmation when your refund has been issued
4. Exchanges
Need a different shade, formula, or item? Reach out — we’re happy to help with free exchanges on eligible products (pending availability).
5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item:
- Email us at support@techbeauty.com within 7 days of delivery
- Please include photos of the packaging and item(s)
We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no hassle.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:
- Opened or used products
- Final sale or clearance items
- Digital services (e.g., virtual consultations)
- Gift cards
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping.
- If it’s a regular return (e.g., changed your mind), the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

We’re excited to bring beauty and technology together — and straight to your door! Whether you're in Amman, Riyadh, Dubai, or Baghdad, we’re committed to delivering your TechBeauty products safely, quickly, and reliably.
1. Where We Ship
We currently deliver to:
- All cities across Jordan
- GCC countries: Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar
- Iraq
If you're outside these areas and would love to shop with us, contact us at techbeauty@ai-horizon.company — we may be able to help!
2. Order Processing Times
We process and pack orders within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.
Please note: Custom skincare reports or virtual consultations may take an extra 1–2 business days.
3. Shipping Times & Carriers
We work with trusted regional delivery partners to ensure timely delivery.
Jordan
- Standard Delivery: 2–3 business days
- Same-day or Next-day delivery: Available in select cities
GCC Countries + Iraq
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days, depending on the city and local courier schedules
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your package every step of the way.
4. Shipping Fees
- Jordan: Flat rate shipping (free for orders over [2.5] JOD)
- GCC & Iraq: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location
Final shipping costs will always be shown before you confirm your purchase — no surprises.
5. Customs & Duties (GCC & Iraq)
For international deliveries, customs fees or import taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are not included in your TechBeauty order total.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order is:
- Marked “delivered” but hasn’t arrived
- Delayed beyond the expected timeframe
- Received damaged or incomplete
👉 Please contact support@techbeauty.com within 7 days of your expected delivery. We’ll investigate and make it right — whether that means a replacement or a refund.
7. Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking link. You can also log into your TechBeauty account to track your order status anytime.
